For me it is a great honor to have the opportunity to host such an important contribution on a sporting and historical level for our sector on GBI. I’m talking about a book in pdf format for FREE available, where you will find a detailed collection of data on Bending and the main competitions. This splendid work was carried out by the great bender Don Cummings, who before starting his first competition as organizer, documented the performances available on the net, mainly thanks to the immense work of David and Elizabeth Horne, on the historic Gripboard platform. and to the material spread on social networks.

In this text in English you will find stories, records and competitions that will be updated from year to year to enrich themselves and become a reference document for consultation.
